Survey

The survey for TestMyPlan was conducted online and targeted both administrators and end-users who regularly interact with the platform. Participants were asked to provide feedback on the usability of the platform, the usefulness of the simulation tools, and the effectiveness of the reports generated after tests. A combination of quantitative and qualitative questions was used to gauge user satisfaction and gather suggestions for improvement. The data collected will be analyzed to identify trends and areas for enhancement in the platform’s features and user experience.

User Interview

A series of in-depth interviews were then conducted on 5 participants to further identify pain points, frustrations, needs, and desires with existing products to determine how TestMyPlan could improve this experience. Participants were asked to share their experiences using the platform, focusing on the ease of navigation, the relevance of the simulation tools, and the clarity of the reports.
